From the window of their council flat, Cécilia and Ludo eagerly await the arrival of the funfair. Each night, bathed in the glow of neon lights, they wander around, briefly escaping the struggles of their daily lives. But the day Ludo gets the chance to leave and work for the carnies, the dazzling lights disturb the delicate balance of their relationship.
