Brussels. In a flea market, the director Antoine discovers a suitcase filled with 16 mm reels belonging to the mysterious Dr. Veroft. Passionate about insects, he films them in all kinds. For almost fifty years, he dissects them, takes notes, observes them. The line between passion and obsession blurs. Like an investigation, Antoine seeks to discover who Dr. Veroft is and the reasons behind his strange obsession.
