When I met Donna Gottschalk, she tells me that she has photographed queer individuals from working-class backgrounds who work and die alone. She then confides that I haven't seen everything, that she has hundreds of unseen negatives. This film begins with that revelation. I want to film the discovery of this work and reveal the story of these forgotten lives.
